Interpretation

They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I suspect that art can be described in the same manner. Above you see my first hand-knitted sock. Not necessarily art in the pure sense of the term, but it was a chance to create. Artists often "name" their pieces, I christen this creation "Apple".

You know I think the picture of the sock is as much art as the sock itself. The sock is great. I like the color you chose and I want your shoes... but that isn't my point... your cropping and choice of color for the background makes your picture of your creation as artistic as the creation itself. Well done!
